Reservation-Refund Rules

Please see Setc online ticket booking reservation rules –

1. Reservation done 30 days in advance.
2. Reservation time from 7.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs at all reservation center.
3. Half ticket for children 3 yrs above but below 12 yrs, children above 130cms Height will be charged full fare.

Setc Refund Rules are as follows –

1. Journey tickets surrendered the counter before 48 hours of the schedule time of departure of the bus. 10 % deduction of fare
2. Between 24 Hrs and 48 Hrs of the schedule time of departure of the bus. 20 % deduction of fare
3. Between 30 minutes and 24 Hrs of the schedule time of departure of the bus. 25 % deduction of fare
4. Between 30 minutes before and after the schedule time of departure of the bus. 50 % deduction of fare
