    Hello Mr. Saravanan,

    Currently there are no direct bus services are available from Bangalore to Kumbokonam, however you can book your travel from Bangalore to Thankavur on Gokulraj Travels and then take taxi (Readily available) to Kumbokonam which is just 40 Kms from there.

    Bus fare from Bangalore to Thanjavur is Rs 510 per person and its non-AC seater (2+2) bus. This bus starts at 9:00 PM and reaches Thanjavur at 4:30 AM in the morning. If you wish to book your travel then please click here and book.

    Sangitha Travels provides A/C HITECH (2+2) that starts at 8:30 PM from Madurai and reaches Bangalore at 5:30 AM. Bus fare is Rs 750 per person. You can board this bus from Periyar bus stand and drops at following location of your preference –

    1. Majestic
    2. Madiwala
    3. Kalasipalyam
    4. Gandhinagar
    5. Bangalore

    Hello Lakshmi,

    There are two bus services available (Universal travels). First bus starts at 6:00 PM and reaches coimbatore around midnight and bus fare is Rs 380 per person. Bus is an AC seater bus. And second bus services (Again from Universal travels) is a non ac bus starts at 9:00 PM and reaches coimbatore at around 00:05 AM. Bus fare is Rs 320 per person.

    Coimbatore to Thiruvarur is 351 km and takes approx 7 hrs, 55 mins by bus travel. There is PRN Subramanian Travels bus, but we yet ascertain if they travel from Coimbatore to Thiruvarur.
